Specialized also supplies a fleet of spare bikes for use by guests should they need one. In the event of puncture, guests are supplied tubes and tyres free of charge. Soigneur ride guides ride custom built S-Works Tarmacs and wear S-Works shoes and helmets. All guests are supplied with custom Purist bidons.
Shimano is a major sponsor of WorldTour teams such as Team Sky, Orica-BikeExchange & BMC; and supply the Soigneur service course with spare parts including cassettes, chains, pedals, derailleurs & shifters for guest bikes. Our mechanics use PRO Bikegear Tools and bike wash products. Ride guide bikes are built with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 and PRO components.

Real First Aid provides Soigneur staff with First Aid training based on proven military, aviation and professional medical methods. Real First Aid creates realistic training scenarios as opposed to slideshows and classroom theory. These scenarios utilise special effects such as smoke, lighting, sounds and makeup.
